WHERE'S MY STUFF?

DON'T PANIC. We'll sort it out for you. Read the following first. This might help answer your questions

My CD has not arrived in the mail yet. Where is my stuff?

• This will depend on what shipping option you chose when you bought your copy of the CD.
• USA orders are 1-5 days and Canada is 3-5 days express.
• International orders are 7-21 days airmail
• If you have not received your CD by 21-28 days (3-4 weeks), then please contact us with your order details and we will track your order for you

My CD arrived broken, scratched, or on fire.

• We use CD Fulfillment as our CD manufacturer. They will happily take care of any dramas or faults with your CD. Simply send an email to help@cd-fulfillment.com with your order details and what the problem was and they will happily organize you another copy.
• Please contact us direct to organize a refund.

My CD does not work, play, etc.

• These picture data CD's have been professional duplicated on quality CDR media and individually verified. They should work.
• Try your data CD on another computer. If not we use CD Fulfillment as our CD manufacturer. They will happily take care of any dramas or faults with your CD. Simply send an email to help@cd-fulfillment.com with your order details and what the problem was and they will happily organize you another copy.
